Disliked: Bathroom and room dated

Not worth the price

Liked: It was convenient to walking downtown and easily accessible to the road to the ferry.
Disliked: We were in the conference center across the road from all the amenities and breakfast. It was clearly in the process of renovation as the carpet was dusty and there were rooms taped off. The room we were given was clean, but the rest of the area was not.

Liked: The two wings are connected by underpass and free parking.
Disliked: Terrible place. Most of the staff lack basic courtesy and the manager is rude, arrogant and disrespectful. This team should not be in customer service. Besides Nancy in the breakfast room, the entire customer service staff needs retraining. Save your $ and go to any other place but this. We booked a one bedroom suite two months ago. Upon arrival they switched us into a Lower category room suggesting it’s an upgrade. We requested that they give us the room we booked and they threatened to cancel our reservation. Not to mention There was no power when we arrived. Older and mobility challenged guests had to walk up the stairs and feel their way in the dark. Moreover the alarm kept going off in the middle of the night and no one answered the phone at the reception. This hotel should not be on booking.com
