Liked: Great location - lovely friendly staff.
Disliked: Perfectly acceptable for a city centre hotel. Misread the print re beds, had wrongly assumed the double bed could have been made into twin beds (there was certainly plenty of room for this).

Liked: Great location next to the castle. Pay and display parking outside (£10 for 24 hours). Very pleasant staff. Good croissants for breakfast.
Disliked: Minor issues. Bedside table and light on only one side of the bed. No full length mirror.

We loved staying, very comfortable...

Liked: The apartment was really spacious and the beds very comfortable
Disliked: Breakfast could have had more choices for vegans

Liked: The hotel was great and the staff were very helpful and friendly The location was great too.Would highly recommend.
Disliked: If I have to pick something I didn't like, the breakfast needed replenishing quicker but that was down to only one member of staff who was also Manning the reception desk. Also,the drinks need labelling as people didn't know which was hot water, coffee or milk.
