Liked: Free parking. Location.Friendly staff.
Disliked: Elevators need upgraded.Room had an obvious empty space where refrigerator was.Bathtub dripped.First room we were assigned the bed table lamps did not work.Dumpsters right beside entrance.Need to remove Best Western reference.

Not bad

Liked: Large room, comfortable beds, clean room. Very quiet. Breakfast was very good. Staff was friendly.
Disliked: AC didn't keep room comfortably cool during the night. We reserved 2 rooms. While the rooms were clean, one had a few small ants, the other had many small ants.

Liked: The room was excellent. Staff was very nice.
Disliked: The elevators were ancient and felt like they were going to break. The pool was shut down due to an inspection needed. It did its job for us but if you are trying to enjoy the hotel then this is not for you.

Great Stay

Liked: The staff was nice and friendly, a quick check -in and out service at the front desk.
Disliked: The room was great but ants here and there. Soda vending machine was not working and top floor to get ice.
