The staff were very helpful...

Liked: Breakfast was good especially the buffet fruit options. Room was spacious and comfortable.

Disappointed in response to noise...

Liked: Kris or Chris (beard front desk) was absolutely wonderful and I cannot give him enough kudos. When we checked in he was kind, courteous and helpful in every way. It is so nice to be greeted and assisted by someone so friendly & cheerful. 4pm in the afternoon.
Disliked: Unfortunately we had "neighbors" next door that it took 2 phone calls to front desk at 10:15pm, 10:45pm, and walk down to the front desk at 11:30pm (and this was a very kind woman) to get them to FINALLY shut down their party & music. When you pay over $400 a night for a room you have a high level of expectations from the hotel to do their part to help quiet down the party. I asked on the first phone call what time do you expect things to be "quiet?" The gentleman said "10pm - 7am are quiet hours." I felt like I had people in my room...that my bed was in the middle of the party...that is how loud they were. NOT ACCEPTABLE

Won’t use booking.com again

Liked: Made reservations for a king size bed and got two queens for just me and my wife. They couldn’t fix it because we booked with a three party company(Booking.com). Asked for a view toward the Cooper River Bridge got a view of the Publix and the top of the dinner rooms roof. Not worth the money I spent for one night.

Liked: Good bed, shower, restaurant, bar, conference rooms.
Disliked: In the morning workers where walking by my room windows (2nd floor room 207) because there where works to the room above me. That made terrible annoying noices. The reception did not want to help me with it. Overall I found the price quality poor.
