Was very impressed checking in; lobby was beautiful and staff immediately asked 'can I help you' and 'is there anything we can help you with?'. Great stay!

Liked: Very clean and staff very helpful. Also, very convenient location!

It was fine for one...

Liked: The food was quite good.
Disliked: Upon arrival, though I selected pet fees to be included and emailed the property to reconfirm our pet would be staying, we had another $100 nonrefundable charge upon arrival.

Disliked: Pool was closed...not as advertised. AC was not chilling, Handicapped Parking was non existent. Not worth what I paid.I booked a king and a double. But it was switched to 2 doubles. Bait and switch!

Liked: The lobby was nice
Disliked: I didn’t like how the person on night shift didn’t take the time to help me understand the situation instead made me pay twice for one night.

We were supposed to have...

Disliked: The elevators didn’t work so we had to walk up and down 16 flights.

Liked: Locatoin
Disliked: Check in took forever due to slow computers. Room had water on the floor in the bathroom so had to switch rooms. Comforter had dried blood on it

Hate it won't be back,...

Liked: The location was the best thing about it
Disliked: The AC was broken, the staff was rude and didn't care, parking was a joke charged 15$ and they didn't even ask me what vehicle I drive, breakfast wasn't worth 17$, the carpet in the hallway was coming up and tripped my daughter and again the staff didn't care
