Was very impressed checking in; lobby was beautiful and staff immediately asked 'can I help you' and 'is there anything we can help you with?'. Great stay!
Liked: Very clean and staff very helpful. Also, very convenient location!
Disliked: None.

Disliked: A once upscale hotel, the whole place is quite run-down and in need of a major “facelift.” Where there used to be a nice restaurant, there is now only a bar with “pub” style food. There also used to be an indoor pool which seems to be gone.

Disliked: 100 dollar none refundable pet fee no mention of such. Place was a motel with a hotel name. Very overpriced super 8 look with Radisson price

Overall great location and staff...
Liked: The location was excellent for the concert we were attending
Disliked: Our hotel room was VERY HOT! We tried to adjust the temperature but it wasn’t working. The room stayed at 78 degrees no matter what we did. Thank goodness we were able to open the sliding glass door about 4 inches to let some air in.

Hotel good. Experience? Not so...
Liked: The proximity to the Civic Center was it's main, and really only, benefit over other hotels in the area. The bed was comfortable, the place was very clean and the staff were pleasant. Having stayed here before, I knew what to expect as far as accommodations.
Disliked: Would really only recommend staying here if you are going to an event at the civic center as there is really nothing else to do close to the hotel. The main issue I had with this trip was being double charged by the hotel. I had pre-paid through Booking but, when I went to check out of the hotel, I found that I had been charged again when I got there. The staff told me there was nothing that they could do since the info they received from Booking said "collect at property". They went so far as to try to tell me that pre-paying was not even possible through Booking even after I showed them my confirmation on the app that showed that I had already paid.
