Great location, however disappointed that...

Liked: Great location, flexible check in and laundry service.
Disliked: There wasn’t anywhere specific to put our suitcases - this means they were open on the floor (having to step through them to access the bed/bathroom/door. There was a significant leak in the ceiling, which was known occurrence to the hotel staff (they were nice to come clean it up - but it continued to leak after being cleaned, enough so that we had to use our towels to mop it up multiple times)x Although we don’t mind abit if water - we paid for a service, I don’t think it’s too much to ask that our hotel ceiling doesn’t leak. We weren’t offered another room that didn’t leak.

Liked: Staff was quite friendly. Breakfast crossaints and coffee were awesome. Location was fantastic, right in the heart of Copley. Easy to get around with the bike share next to it.
Disliked: Beds were a little soft. Rooms were a bit small, but expected.

Great location, and clean.

Liked: Location was perfect close to all of the attractions downtown has to offer.
Disliked: The bed and pillows are not comfortable, the room is very small for what we paid. Also the temperature was warm would be nice to have a fan.

Great facility, great location.

Liked: Nice clean facility, friendly staff, affordable at a great location. Great accessibility to the whole city and many parking options nearby if needed.
Disliked: No complaints from me, but some may think rooms are a little small.

Not what we would have...

Liked: The location of the hotel is in a central position with easy access to the centre of town on foot.
Disliked: The double bed was extremely small and uncomfortable as was the room in general. There was one outside widow which faced a wall of an adjoining building about 5 or 6 feet away. The bathroom was poorly light and the toilet blocked after very little use. We have traveled to many different locations and feel this was the poorest room we have ever stayed in which in turn made this poor value for money. We will not be back.
