lovely stay in prague.

Liked: a lovely hotel very close to everything.
Disliked: as we were on the 6th floor the lift is old and very small (2 people max) in it. in the morning at breakfast time there was always a long wait for it.

Disliked: Nothing really. Maybe no air conditioning is a problem but there is a big fan that makes up for it

Not a great experience, disappointing...

Liked: Room for the 4 start rating is really a local 4 start rating and not much more. Large enough though.
Disliked: Room had no shades outside; burning sun all day onto windows. Staff opened the window so the room was really hot. No AC, no fan, no way of ventilating the room, impossible to sleep in. Decided to check out 11pm, receptionist offering "another hotel" remaining unclear what that is at nearly midnight. Communicaiton with management while in friendly tone is disappointing. Their version is very different, incl being offered another room which is not correct. Nor even considering partial or even a symbolic reimbursement even for the paid but not consumed breakfast. Not booking it again, plenty others who may provide better service.
