Liked: Food was great. Dinner and breakfast was exceptional. Staff were friendly and helpful
Disliked: The room wasn't as big and superior as I thought. I felt the cost of the room was too much for what we got

Disappointing services, room comfortable

Liked: Breakfast was ok, not excellent
Disliked: Bank holiday Sunday, no food available in evening, last order 6pm. Bar closed at 9.30pm. Would not have booked this hotel if this was made clear. Breakfast average at best. Sure there are better places locally.

Lovely place to stay with...

Liked: Fabulous rooms, lovely staff and superb food. 10 minute walk to the park and ride to get into Bath. Would definitely visit again.

Liked: A great hotel located only 15 minutes walk off the Cotswold Way. Lovely friendly atmosphere, great food and easy check-in. Family room as requested including tea, coffee, hot chocolate and biscuits for every guest - which doesn't often happen!
