Friendly staff, easy access to...

Liked: It was quiet at night, we were close to the park and ride into Bath which made it really easy to hop on a bus that came every 15 minutes. An excellent breakfast along with the on-site pub were pluses as well. The staff was very helpful and friendly. There were also many public walking trails accessible right from the inn.

Very enjoyable overall.

Liked: Spacious, clean , quiet as we were in external annex rooms not in the main hotel building. Good breakfast and service too.
Disliked: Nothing major to grumble about Could have done with a couple more tea bags / coffee pods in the room rather than 1 each.Extra tea and coffee could be got from the main inn building but that would mean making a short trip to the main building.

Liked: Great location, most staff very polite and friendly. Room a good size, comfortable large bed. Good breakfast
Disliked: Only 2 teabags, asked for more, but had to wait till our room was serviced much later in the day.

Amazing staff, comfortable rooms and...

Liked: When we arrived the chef made my Mum a sandwich even though the kitchen was shut. My dog was made to feel special- she had a dog box, with treats, bowls, blankets and pooh bags. Bed was very comfortable! Responded quickly to messages. Breakfast was delicious. Lovely walks nearby.
Disliked: we loved our stay - only fault was the coffee, it wasn't that good.

Maybe need to improve the...

Liked: Their room is very clean, comfortable and with good sunlight. I can see that the toilet setup is really convenient for elderly which is very considerate. Very good.
Disliked: Breakfast is very large and limited choice.

Lovely Overnight Stop, Great Food...

Liked: Location was spot on, room was spacious, clean and very comfy.Evening meal was really good and breakfast was great, really set me up for the day!Staff were very friendly and always smiling.Although didn't have my dogs with me this time, nice to know they are very dog friendly.Would stay here again next time in the area.
Disliked: Nothing
