We only stayed for one night and I wouldnt go back again.

Disliked: The receptionist wasnt very professional, the pool was cold, we had to walk to the sister hotel to use the pool there, the room was too hot, we used the fan provided and left the windows open for the whole night, and, the bed was uncomfortable and noisy, the breakfast was good.

Exceptional

Liked: The location was spot on. Walking distance from shanklin sea front and looking over the sea! The hotel is big and very well kept. Everyone was super friendly which was so nice especially having my son with me who was treated so well! Love the fact they have a swimming pool and sauna room. The room was comfortable and great for a few nights stay! Breakfast was lovely and the staff were attentive and friendly! I will be staying again for sure!
