Liked: I was pleasantly surprised to find a coffee machine with capsules which made my day! The bed was so so comfortable.....everything we could have needed was there. It was close to the city centre so we could walk to cafes and restaurants.
Disliked: It would have been great to have a TV in the bedroom for mere convenience...LOL!

Liked: The space of the apartments were large, which is great for groups. There is a washer / dryer in each room.
Disliked: These are apartment hotels. The rooms were reasonably clean but not spotless. I booked two apartments for 6 pax, i.e. a 2 bedroom apartment and another studio apartment. The rooms have quite a bit of black painted walls, so the rooms look dark

Liked: The apartment was comfortable and clean and the staff were wonderful. I really like their mission of helping others.
Disliked: Lots of stairs, which is not good for older people and the stairs were very creaky, so hard to keep quiet when others are sleeping.
