Excellent value for money and...

Liked: Excellent place for an overnight business trip. The bathroom is very clean. The room is clean. The spa didn't work but you could still soak for a bath which was great. Water pressure excellent. I would recommend this place for business travellers.

Liked: Was great to have a clean bathroom with no mould, staff were absolutely fantastic, will be my 1st choice of stay next time we are in Palmerston North for sure

Dated average accommodation for the...

Liked: Location is great, staff friendly
Disliked: There was no heating apart from a very small oil heater and it was a very cold day/night. The tea/coffee supplies are very average - tea bags tasted like dishwater and I wished I'd taken my own.
