Charming and lovely hotel

Liked: No breakfast, but lots of treats, and coffee and tea were available 24/7. Little amenities show great thought in making guests comfortable.
Disliked: Nothing much.

Great location

Liked: - Location is great, in the Union Square, - easy to reach any place by car or public transportation, even Waimo, the self-driving car (which means with no driver) appear often to say "hi!" :)- famous cable car is 5 minutes walking distance- plenty of places for breakfast, restaurants, fancy stores
Disliked: - the mattress was way to soft, one suffering on back pain would not stand. the only thing I would point out.

Great location and good value...

Liked: Great location, great value for money. The room was very clean and bed was comfy. Friendly staff.
Disliked: I could hear the other guests upstairs every time they flushed the toilet. The room was also a bit small.

Very good value for location

Liked: Lovely building and great San Francisco location. Spacious room.
Disliked: Bathroom was a bit small and awkward to more around. Found hair stuck in sink and soap dish. Also found hair on cover of one bed. Reported to front desk and they simply said they would talk to cleaning crew. Felt a bit unease.
