It was nice but there...

Liked: The location and facilities available were great. The staff and greeting package was a great touch.
Disliked: The venue and facilities were a bit tired. It was also very busy which is great for business but made the experience less pleasant.

Liked: The room was large, but tired. To be fair we didn’t complain or ask to change rooms it was clean and had amazing views. Just a tired room. The singles were still connected as one super king, but that was fine. They were comfy, but pillows were very poorHad a great stay and if the room was perfect it would have cosy a lot more so not really complaining

Disappointing and lacking good hospitality.

Liked: Beautiful grounds and the communal spaces are lovely.
Disliked: Bedrooms were dated as was the spa. Very small and seemed dirty with not enough staff.
