Good escape for sunny day

Liked: Territory, mountain bikes, and outside games, a friendly team
Disliked: A great, relaxing escape. For us, the value for money was good, as we had a discounted offer. However, if I had paid full price, my rating would be lower, since the rooms have no air conditioning and are quite basic, and you cannot use Netflix on the TV.The spa is good, but it can get very crowded; there aren’t enough beds inside for a rainy day. The buffet menu is tasty, but there aren’t many options to choose from. The café stops serving food after 4 p.m., which is a bit early. We had a bed and breakfast, so you are forced to have the three-course dinner at the restaurant or go to the local pub, which is 15 minutes cycling

Disliked: Very outdated property , service was terrible, breakfast selection was mediocre, rooms very old and unclean. I was disappointed given the brand name and have visited far better wellness resorts for a lower price.They only serve food and drinks certain times during the day which was frustrating.

Liked: Nothing old and dated. Needs a refurbishment bringing it into modern times.

It was nice but there...

Liked: The location and facilities available were great. The staff and greeting package was a great touch.
Disliked: The venue and facilities were a bit tired. It was also very busy which is great for business but made the experience less pleasant.
