Exceeded my expectations ... I...

Liked: Location is stunning, hotel is very clean, staff where excellent, facilities amazing, food, very nice ... Will be booking again
Disliked: Minor critique, I didn't have ironing facilities in my room, obviously most guests are here for Spa days, I stopped here for work and couldn't iron a shirt, lucky for me, I always have 2 emergency ironed shirts in my car in case of spillage!

Liked: Very hard to pick anything nice - even the flowers looked poor .The breakfast was poor , food limited choices , potatoes were black inside , dining room not clean and needs fully cleaned as dust and dirt very visible - curtains linings black with mould.
Disliked: The manager Rod very poor customer service when you can find staff to speak too - his appearance lacked any care wearing jeans and trainers and did not to hear of my complaints - reduced price a bit and that was still very poor way to treat guests -- very dismissive of me and could not give any eye contact to me for rest of stay - i wish i did not book this resort to stay in. rooms have alot of mould - rooms 53 and 54 not fit for purpose - stains of dirt and blood on linings of chairs (remove cushions to see such poor cleaning) . The sofas and chairs had torn leather the lamps never bee cleaned the carpets very stained ,the bathroom shower doors not correctly fitted. very poor room cleaning and upkeep of furniture - DO NOT STAY in this spa and it not worth the money - the holiday Inn is cleaner and the staff would have better customer service .in the terrace bar -i ordered food and drinks and was with company at the table in conservation when the lady working there during day was extremely ignorant and showed poor service demanding payment during eating at the table before they bring rest of food /drinks .

The perfect relaxing romantic night...

Liked: Surpassed all expectations. The most impressive welcome / check in I have experienced. And the outdoor jacuzzi was a highlight! Food was excellent!
Disliked: If I had to choose something I would say that the accommodation was a little basic and overall decor in need of some upkeep. It didn’t affect our stay though. Loved it.
