Disliked: Our stay didn't give enough time to use the spa facilities. Check-in was at 5 pm and checkout at 10am other they charged £70 extra per head.They say we have 2 restaurants, but actually 2 setting areas with a limited menu.Basic breakfast Basic rooms

Beautiful stay, lovely surroundings, employees...

Liked: The food was delicious. I had breakfast and evening meal. The breakfast was delicious except no bacon was on offer. The evening food was amazing.
Disliked: Breakfast was a little too late for me. I have had to book somewhere else for next week as I need breakfast at around 6.30am to get to work on time. There was no bacon on the breakfast buffet. Even though the breakfast was amazing and so much to choose from I was looking forward to some bacon. (not a deal breaker though)

Really lovely relaxed hotel.

Liked: Excellent quality of fresh ingredients at a self serve buffet - all the fruit was perfectly fresh and the cheeses were also perfect. Delicious orange juice and good tea selection. The bread range was also extensive.

Liked: Food options very good both evening and morning - great service toocomprehensive breakfast choices ( coffee could do with an improvement - was filter only)Very nice facilities in Spa/Pool etc and friendly helpful staffcomfortable room - very good bed
Disliked: No water in the room at all - that has downgraded my ratingTea/coffee in room but no teaspoons to make it and no fridgedamp smell in corridors

Tired Hotel

Liked: Location this hotel was ideal for me and I'm sure if you were looking for a spa day, it would be an ideal combination, although it did seem exceptionally busy in there. Dinner was good, but very expensive for what it was.
Disliked: The room's walls were paper-thin, the staff for arrival were not the most attentive and overall, the hotel seemed a little tired.
