On 150 acres of parkland this exclusive spa hotel offers over 80 indulgent treatments by world-class therapists. Champneys Henlow has a secluded location in rural Bedfordshire just outside Letchworth. The adults-only resort features the famous Champneys Spa with a grand swimming pool spa pools and steam rooms. Guests can enjoy custom therapies such as the sumptuous Champneys wax bath. Bedrooms have luxury bathrooms with signature Champneys toiletries. All rooms have a flat-screen TV/DVD and some have scenic views of the Hiz River which runs through the grounds. The restaurant serves a modern British menu and fine wines. Beverages and healthy snacks can be enjoyed on the terrace or in the elegant lounges where free Wi-Fi access is available. Never going to Henlow again!

Liked: The grounds were lovely.Nice pool.
Disliked: The staff were unhelpful and unwelcoming.The trainee that checked us in needed to repeatly go and ask for help.Check in took 25 mins, no guidance to help us find our room or welcome drinks.

Disliked: Dinner times inflexible / Spa facilities very poor and dated - tiny sauna / hotel looked in need of refurbishment windows in my room poor repair, shower poor, vanity units embedded stains
