Delightful spa resort that we...

Liked: First class experience. Fantastic staff, superb food, relaxing atmosphere and lovely location. Decided to go there after being disappointed at another place but simply loved our satay here.
Disliked: Potential issue with additional charging for facilities that we didn't use but the manager came good and waved them. The right thing really as we simply didn't use all that was available (but would in a future visit)

Nice but wouldn’t rush to...

Liked: Lovely facilities for the spa, entrance of hotel is lovely with a little boutique with nice little gifts and products to pamper yourself. Spa has variety of different rooms and options.
Disliked: Check in is very late which gives you very limited time to use the spa facilities. Check out is too early. Breakfast is quite limited if it’s included on the bedroom price. However hot options if paying which normally all hotels have available.If you are really going for the spa and want to make the most of it, either you pay £70pp to go earlier or stay two nights.

Enjoyable as always, but good...

Disliked: Too many dishes containing harissa or red pepper, i.e. food too hot.
