Liked: To be fair, the staff was friendly and security was polite
Disliked: received a pre-stay questionnaire asking if I wanted housekeeping during my visit. I responded yes - yet for three days, my room was not cleaned. I had to repeatedly ask before it was finally taken care ofOn checkout day, despite having a "Do Not Disturb" sign on my door and an approved late checkout, housekeeping knocked on my door at 10am and again at 11am, waking me both times. I had just gone to bed at 6am and requested late check out
