I would never stay at...
Liked: When we arrived, we were asked if we wanted to change our hotel to Dupont hotel which appears to be owned by the same people. After seeing our room, we definitely decided we didn't want to stay there, so we moved to the Dupont.
Disliked: It would have been much better if they could have rang or emailed me to let me know about the change of hotel. We were tired when we arrived and felt like we were being mucked around. The communication was poor.

Liked: Location was not far from the ferry which was good as we had an early start
Disliked: Did not measure up to advertising. Windows were dirty, tv had no aerial and did not work & battery missing from remote, crockery missing, no liquid soap in bathroom dispensors, couch stained, grounds not tidy, noisy guests all night. Told other guests were homeless being paid for by Government. Charged more on credit card than price quoted by Booking.com. This place should focus on the homeless and stop taking guests. Booking.com should remove them from their listing.

Disaster
Disliked: Arrived at the pre-arranged time to find reception closed. After a fair amount of bell pushing a helpful guy turned up (not from reception, he just appeared around the corner). He phoned the owner who claimed to have no record of our reservation and in any case the place was full. After quite a lot of faffing about (1/2 hour plus) they found us a room in a different motel. No apology offered. From looking at the place it's likely just as well we didn't stay there. Defo would not book this one again!
