Blah. Wouldn't stay here again.

Liked: The hotel is located in a great area so that's definitely a plus. Their restaurant Felice is very good and their Mezzanine floor offers a great place to relax and wind down with a book/drink.
Disliked: The staff in general at the hotel were just very matter of fact, not too helpful. The front desk isn't there all the time either so if you do need to ask anything, you are directed towards their app which is not that great to begin with. Basic things felt lacking such as the water bottles that are refillable and reusable but the water coolers in the hotel were either out of commission or just out of water ALL the time. The room itself was very very basic (the bed didn't even have a headboard). It almost felt like the hotel focused on sprucing up just the bottom two floors that were public facing and the rest of the hotel had a very ol' school corporate feel to it and felt very drab. Wouldn't stay here again. The pictures overpromise the room quite a bit and it didnt help that ours was bang opposite a rather large and loud construction site. We had booked a corner King Room and I was quite disappointed.

Liked: Perfect location for our trip. Larger rooms than we usually find in New York. Quiet, clean, well-organised rooms. Quick responses to texts sent to their customer service number.
Disliked: The check-in / arrival process was slightly confusing and we did not know how to find our room. We sent texts to the customer service number and the reply was fast.

Liked: Perfect location, huge room, even bigger bathroom, loved everything about it. The staff was amazing too.

Disliked: The room didn't match the photos at all. The lobby / restaurant were great, but the room was very lacking.
