Exceptional

Liked: This was a three bedroom 2.5 bath. 2 level condo. Well maintained with tremendous views and a walk to a decent place to eat and a friendly atmosphere. All of these back to a creek with buffering trees and the front nine of the Bryce Golf course. It was very relaxing and quiet. It was a hidden jewel.

Disliked: The hot tub was not creating hot water. The tub appears to not have been used in a long time.
