Superb

Liked: Location, easy to use room, good connectivity in the room.
Disliked: Replacement kettle as well as kettle base, taking up room, vending machine impossible to understand how it works and the bathroom floor was bumpy and appeared broken under the surface.

Exceptional

Liked: The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Having the bar and bistro next to the accomodation was convenient. The food was great, both at tea time and for breakfast. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable.
Disliked: There was not anything I didn't like.
