Exceptional

Liked: It's convenient and has everything a family needs for a meal out or night away. Kids area inside and out. Plenty of choice for food and staff are always welcoming and friendly. Also hotel now has a vending machine
Disliked: I've really nothing to add.

Superb

Liked: Very keenly priced with a nice room. Quiet location although a car is essential. We chose the chain runner as we were shopping at the designer outlet, which was 5 minutes walk away. Staff were lovely.
Disliked: Nothing to dislike. Be aware a car is essential in our opinion.

Nice place but the follow...

Liked: Clean, comfortable room
Disliked: The extractor fan was extremely loud in the bathroom, it did not turn off, which affected my sleep in the night. I flagged it the following morning and was informed that this would be looked at and should be an easy fix. This was not the case when I returned that evening, with no action or communication regarding the issue. I eventually managed to figure out how to switch it off. There was no follow up which was disappointing as the rest of the stay was lovely.

Good

Liked: Food was great Lasagne , chips however were dryd gin lemonade.. .
Disliked: I asked for a double and I got two twins put together which hurt my back as they keep splitting.There was a consistent buzzing noise lat at night it finally settling.When heading for the exit there was no signs .

Great for a short stay.

Liked: The was clean and bed comfortable. Food was good and breakfast super.

Liked: Great location & modern clean room
Disliked: It’s a small thing but there wasn’t quite enough sugar or coffee. 2 sticks of brown & 2 white wasn’t enough for us both to have a cup of tea/coffee each something that’s important to us
