Perfect location for the Royal Albert Hall. Could have done with a name plaque outside. The room was cosy but ample for our needs and the receptionist friendly and helpful.

Liked: The room is clean, comfortable and quiet in a great location.
Disliked: The check in is from 15:00 to21:00. It was not clearly stated that after 21:00 there are no options when we booked. We were notified of this with the final details the day before. Make sure you plan your travel there carefully. Luckily our plane was earlier.

Liked: Receptionist (guy from Poland) was an absolute gentleman and looked after us. Was calling us before arrival to make sure we got there safe and on time and was a pleasure to deal with. Brilliant asset to the company . Bed and room was comfy and just what we needed for a one night stay

Disliked: I originally booked a small double room and was told that I had been upgraded to a standard double. However, when I entered the room, I realized it was on the ground floor and the window did not lock. This made me anxious, so I asked reception to show me how it locks. They tried but admitted they couldn’t lock it either. They told me to speak with a colleague in the morning, as it was already 9 PM.I asked whether they could guarantee that no one would come through the window—after all, this is London. Even though the room faced a courtyard, I could see windows from other rooms also looked out onto the same area.Additionally, the shower was loosely attached to the wall using plastic cable ties, which didn’t feel very secure. On top of that, the water temperature could only be adjusted between hot and very hot—there was no option for cooler water, which made showering uncomfortable.I was then given another room, which had guardrails in front of the windows. However, the staff entrance was located right next to the window, and employees frequently walked past. Since the air conditioning wasn’t working, I had to keep the windows open. Unfortunately, staff left bin bags outside the window, so I had to choose between tolerating the smell (bins and sewage) for a cooler room or keeping the windows closed and dealing with the heat.
