Not worth a free stay.

Liked: Nothing.
Disliked: AC did not work in the room it was 85-90 degrees the entire night I could not sleep requested a room change or maintenance at 3am was told all the rooms were this way and very rudely implied we must've left the door open??! Roaches in the kitchenette, mold in the restroom, stains on mattresses and bedding, exposed wires everywhere, had to leave and book a room somewhere else. It is a health and safety hazard!

Liked: Location was the only thing good
Disliked: The large amount of mold on and inside pullout couch . The hit plates didn’t work.No outlet overs on anything .The bath room tub was disgusting.

Good

Liked: We've come to this beach motel for years. The rooms and beds are huge with full kitchen options which is perfect for our family of 5. Only a block and a half walk to the beach, close to plenty of restaurants and convenience stores. There's a pool for the kids and staff is always accommodating.
Disliked: The pool was dirty this go round for the first two days but after that it was fine. The water takes a minute to heat up but after that its nice and hot. The room could have been a little cleaner. The main areas were clean. You could see and smell it was cleaned but there was food/drink I cleaned off the side of the oven and fridge and back splash that was definitely there before us and I lysoled the shower/bath which I always do at a hotel anyway. None of these are dealbreakers for us but should be noted for others.

Never......EVER again.

Liked: I rented the "deluxe family suite" for one night. It cost me well over 300$ and I cannot stress enough how disgusting this place is. The "kitchen" chairs were so nasty, they literally draped towels over them to cover their filth. Most of the lights or switches didn't work. The walls, ceilings and floors were all filthy......but the icing on the cake was the 3 cock roaches we found. 2 in the kitchen area and one in the master bed. Never EVER again.

Liked: Close vicinity of the beach. Great location.
Disliked: Roach in room. Could have been cleaner. We had to clean the pool ourselves so our kids could swim in clean water.

Disliked: When I got there the room smelled like mold The first night the fire alarm got pulled, which was not the property fault but the second night I was there. I got eat up by a spider. I went downstairs and talk to the mrg and they basically told me there was nothing they could do

Disappointing

Liked: The location was the only thing to like sadly...
Disliked: The moldy couch( whole underside of the pull out photo is after I cleaned with bleach I was just wanting the smell/ taste of mold gone and was not thinking of taking one before) and cockroaches were the worst part! I cleaned the underside as it was 9 on a Friday and we have 3 kids so we toughed it out and made the best of the situation... I was told maintenance would come that next morning... And of course nothing for the 2 days we stayed. My husband had to keep fixing the toilet float also. Just a total disappointment and the staff did not seem to care one bit nor the owner for that matter.... What a waste that place has so much potential

Liked: Nothing!! It was super dirty!
Disliked: We left the place!! Very dirty and it smelled so bad! Layers of dust! Mattresses and sheets were bloody! There were cockroaches! The room was supposed to be ready for 6 people but there were sheets for 5 and when we asked for it, they said they probably don’t have any!
