Liked: Location and breakfast was good
Disliked: It was Gamescom so the room rate was extortionate, 400 euros a night for a very old hotel with no AC, it was so hot in the hotel/room.

Liked: The hotel room was clean and location was good.
Disliked: We booked the room through Booking, we didn’t get any check-in instructions from the hotel even though the booking got confirmed. We called in reception to hotel contact number and customer service started to argue that there are no check in during night time and our reservation must be for the next day. After the call we double checked the date and everything was good. We called again and a different agent amwered and we finally got a code for the key safe and some instructions. We woke up early because room service started cleaning really early and made noise by banging doors etc.
