Pleasant hotel with excellent staff,...

Liked: Clean fashionable handy location great staff. Rooms attended to every day. Large bed very comfortable.
Disliked: Room was a little cramped for 3 days and cupboard space limited. Couldn’t open windows for fresh air so not really a fan of A/C. Hotel situated on tram line so can be a little noisy at night but you soon become accustomed to it.

Fabulous hotel in a great...

Liked: The staff was super friendly and helpful. The location was perfect. Away from the chaos but close to where we wanted to be. The breakfast was one of the best I have ever enjoyed.
Disliked: There was nothing we didn’t like.

Liked: maybe have more variety on dinner menu and room service menu. when the weather is cold/ rainy, sometimes you don't want to go out to find food. the bar downstairs could serve tapas like snacks with drinks
