Liked: less expensive
Disliked: kind of yucky, beds are not comfortable. our key card didn’t work and the office guy had to come and switch out batteries and reprogram card, then even that card was bad so had to get new card. No coffee machine or any coffee available.

Run..don’t walk!

Liked: Proximity to our venue
Disliked: Room was dirty. Multiple people hanging out in the driveway as though they live there. The staff lied and said we had more than our two occupants. Not true! It was just us. Terrible experience. Never again!

I wish I would have...

Liked: The AC worked, parking was available, and my car didn't get broken into.
Disliked: The front desk questioning if I had a reservation through booking like I had the wrong booking, I got worried they didn't have my room available. The 100 dollar CASH ONLY deposit. The "hot" water for the shower was barely above body temp. Our TV didn't work! The door handle to the bathroom was falling off. The room smelled old and musty. There were yellow stains on the rags. The blanket had some stains. There was stains on table and everything looked old and worn.

Grateful they accomodated my needs...

Liked: I was travelling late due to the extreme hot weather. The gentleman was very accommodating and made me feel welcomed even though I arrived late. I asked for adjacent rooms and they also accommodated.
Disliked: Check out time was at 11 am and I was very conscious of that fact. At exactly 10:30 am a lady came banging on my door asking if I was staying. I could not open the door fast enough for her since I was on the phone dealing with my next hotel having issues with my reservation. The lady kept on banging on my door very loudly and rude. I was travelling with family and we had already vacated one room.

Close to everything, definitely get...

Liked: It was very close to everything. It did feel safe aside from some of the sketchy stuff going on.
Disliked: When I got my room key, the room door was wide open. And a few flys made it in the room. The room definitely did not look like the pictures. The comforter had cigarette holes in it, the room smelled like cigarette smoke and the phone in the room had its cord cut. That was a little sketchy. The blinds in the room were broken, the bathroom door had a patched up hole in it. The person above me was drilling in the room. I don’t know if they were living there but it sounded like a construction crew was working up there.

Liked: There wasn't anything that I can say that "I liked" about this location except the aiir conditioner worked great.
Disliked: Stains on beddingParts of the room in disrepair1st room had a mini frig (had to ask for different room due to excessive noise above 1st room),Replacement room did NOT have mini frig (but was addressed by staff upon mentioning of issue)Initially television remote was non functional (addressed by staff)Bathroom door could not be closed). Didn't have what some might expect (fresh towels after 1st night, microwave, insta coffee)Definitely not any kind continental breakfast. If this place has a manager, it has got to be for the most non concerned manager ever.

Liked: Staff was very hospitable and kind. They made sure our room had fresh towels. They straightened up the room each day we left. The place was rough,but it was the cheapest listing I could find. The staff did try to accommodate our needs.
Disliked: The rooms furniture was a little rough as far as chairs outdated and not comfy. We started in a room with a microwave but got moved to a room that didn't have one. The fridge did not work even when we tried adjusting the temperature. Half of one of the beds was broke in the middle and I kept rolling down in the broken spot; which made a rough night sleep. The bathroom had a smell of moldy sewage we couldn't get to go away though it looked clean. Finally the room smelled like someone had been smoking cigars in it. Slightly uncomfortable for a nonsmoker and a bunch of kids.
