Great room staff so so
Liked: The room was clean and welcoming, comfortable beds
Disliked: The staff was pretty rude first off at check in I said I believe I have a check in, (I never used a booking service before) the reply I got is what do you mean either you do or don't and let's hope you do, in the morning we also went to the restaurant area to get energy drinks after standing several minutes someone came out and said if you didn't notice we are closed.

Liked: Great location with helpful and courteous staff.
Disliked: In room safe not working. Elevator always struggled to accept room key card to operate.

Liked: We've always stayed here because we loved the staff and playing the tables. We were very upset there were not table games, especially with the rooms being more expensive. The water pressure was terrible. The air conditioner and fan in the bathroom made awful noises. It's sad to see our favorite place for the last 10 years become so terrible.
