Arrogent staff, not ready to...

Liked: The location was good.
Disliked: The behavior of staff was too arrogent and there is mismatch with what one staff said and other. The day 1 the staff said parking is available till next day 2PM and said after you check out at 11AM , you can keep the luggage at hotel and go for city walk. Since we got this agreement from the hotel, we didnt go out on that day. Next day we check out early around 10 AM but the staff said car also we need to clear now only. The guy even not ready to call and check with other staff. We requested mutliple time but he said what he saying is the rule and we had to clear the car from parking space.

Liked: Not much - it wasn't too far from a lot of restaurants
Disliked: They never cleaned the room - not even replacing toilet paper, which was getting low. But most of all, they advertised that they had parking. Well, if you count public parking half a kilometer away, I suppose, but then every hotel could claim that. If you say you have parking, you should have parking!
