Liked: friendly service personnel, cleanliness of the room and closeness to city center (main train station)
Disliked: the walls are paper thin, I could hear everything from the neighbouring rooms. No air condition, only a small fan.

Worth staying for night or...

Liked: Location was good for the purpose - visiting KoelnMesse. It was close to the venue, just 10 minutes walking. But, for visiting the city, it's a bit out of the hand.
Disliked: Rooms are quite small, bathrooms as well, the beds were old, almost wornout and uncomfortable. View from the window is not existing because window is 15 cm from the other building... There is no bar in the hotel, just two fridges by the reception and they were not able to fill it with beer for two days. Definitely overpriced for the service offered.

Disliked: The hotel is advertised as Centro Hotel Arkadia, but you are meant to check in at Ayun Hotel. Just for guest to remember this information.

Liked: Water pressure and temperature in shower was good. Room was a good temperature. Breakfast was good and varied. Location good for the IDS show.
Disliked: Didn't actually stay in the hotel that I booked, but in the one that you have to check in at. Think it was a bit over priced, €220 a night for a hotel room without any tea making facilities, no water provided in the room. No bar, but drinks available from a fridge at the reception. No evening restaurant, though recommendations made for takeaway. Room was noisy due to proximity of a main road and being under a railway bridge.Also disappointed that I paid €220 a night and booked early, a friend booked the day or so before, and only paid €109. They spoke to someone else who had paid €300 a night! Very inconsistent pricing structure!
