Disliked: Bed comfortable -- a little on the soft side for us.

Lack of hospitality

Disliked: Staff at reception repeated that he called/texted me to know my check in time but did not answer. We did checked in within their standard check in time. We are the last guest and he probably wanted to go home as soon as we arrive. Very rude…..Asked me to give him a credit card for security deposit but actually charged for $10. I guess that is for a car parking but he charged me without a proper explanation. Very bad.The room is “okay” but need more maintenance. The tap for bath tub was duck taped…..

Liked: It was nice.
Disliked: On arrival, the painter still has his gear up in the bathroom. The sink in the bathroom was nearly blocked, and the water didn't flow out well it was building up in the sink. The room was very, very dusty and badly cleaned.

Liked: Great location and the staff were fantastic. We were given a free upgrade which was a lovely and appreciated surprise

Liked: We were given a free upgrade to a larger unit (not requested) for our one night stay.Quiet and warm clean unit.Great value for money. Definitely stay again. Friendly host.Handy to city.
