Disliked: Some bugs in the bathroom, room in smaller space than usual.

Liked: Amazing staff, helpful and welcoming. The location is perfect. 1 min walk to metro station Argentine. And around 5min to Arc de Triomphe and all the central attractions surrounding The Avenue des Champs-Élysées.
Disliked: Window glass was glossy with very limited visibility. windows don’t open and AC still not activated.

Liked: Warm welcome and a great location with super restaurants nearby. The Metro is just at the end of the road with easy access to the city centre
Disliked: Small thing - the weather was unseasonably hot and the air-conditioning was still centrally set to heat

Wonderful stay- exceptional service.

Liked: Location was fantastic, I was really impressed by the staff and customer service too. I stayed for the marathon and was able to leave my luggage until the evening. The hotel also made a lovely backpack up of running gels and snacks which I thought was so nice and thoughtful.
