Very good

Liked: It had clean rooms with a very beautiful view, friendly staff and a very good breakfast.
Disliked: The rooms are small, but this shortcoming is reflected in the price, so overall, it was reasonable.

Great view, good breakfast, and...

Liked: The location was good. While a 20 minute bus ride away from the centre it is in a lush green quiet part of town, with beautiful views of Lac d'Annecy and the mountains. There is an expanse garden to sit and enjoy the view or during the breakfast. The breakfast lounge and selection is very good. Favourite part of the stay easily. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Place is clean and welcoming. There is a fridge and microwave in the common area which I wish I spotted sooner.
Disliked: Don't have any major dislike. The room is spacious enough for a single bedroom; I wish the bed was slightly comfier but it is still decent.

Good stay for tour Annecy

Liked: Beautiful view over the lake. Great location for bikers with suffient parking and locking of bikes. No problem.to take them inside as well.
Disliked: No airco but open window and blower made up for it. Fridge would have been nice.
