Disliked: Bed was uncomfortable and sagged so both occopants just felt like we were hanging for dear life to not roll into the middle, shower had used soap left in shower and toothpaste was on shower wall, dust and cobwebs around the shower top lip, room was dusty but can understand if it wasn't used recently. TV reception was terrible and WiFi was so hit and miss. Having worked in housekeeping, there were just little things that were forgotten, but cleaning staff are not robots either.

Liked: Proximity to an event I was attending. Nothing else.
Disliked: Sheets did not appear washed with urine stains through all layers in the same spot. Black mould in aircon, previous occupant or someone else’s hair still in the shower. When handing me the room key the receptionist said “good luck getting into your room because I couldn’t”. I got in but lock is very loose and difficult to turn. Tried to resolve refund with business who have not returned emails or actioned what they said they would do when Ive called them.
