Liked: Staff facilitated early checkin - this was much appreciated.
Disliked: There were no tissues in the room.

Liked: The location is excellent,in regards to bathroom it needed more cleaning specially mould..making coffee is dificult when using sugar cant stir the sugar because theres no spoon to use..room is clean..if I go book again in this palce i"ll take a spoon so I can stir the sugar
Disliked: House keeping specially in the bathroom

Overall not a bad stay...

Liked: Great location, staff were very friendly and helpful, comfortable beds and spacious room.
Disliked: The room definitely could have been cleaned better, the bathroom still had some hair from the last guests and the shower could use a good scrub, there were some stains on the roof and on the curtains. The fridge also wasn’t working which was a little disappointing as we would have liked to have used it.

Liked: This was my second time staying here because of the customer service, Joseph was the reason we decided to come back. He looked after me and my partner and made us feel welcomed once again, hes very friendly and always has a smile whilst greeting customers, he goes above and beyond, providing the best customer service, ensuring we are comfortable and enjoying our stay.The hotel was located in the perfect area, central to everything like food, shops, only 10min tram ride to the harbour. It’s affordable and perfect for a short stay.
