Great location. Hotel needs work.

Liked: Location was great
Disliked: Level 3 had water named carpet in the hall way, smell of mouldy carpet went through the entire level. Place is very run down and needs to be up dated, exhaust fan doesn't work in the bathroom, swollen door due to water damage as well. Loose fited towel racks same with shower head. Blinds on the window were all broken and wripped aswell. Half a roll of toliet paper with no spare on the second hook. Horrible smell coming from the split system. Very disappointing to the point that we were ready to leave.

Liked: Location, easy access to Central station, early checked in.
Disliked: Noisy machinery can be heard in the room. Rusty railings and saw a ball of hair on the floor when we arrived.

Liked: Location and shower facilities were good.
Disliked: The room had rain marks on the floor near the bathroom and also outside the room in the hallway due to excessive rain. The damp patch was not good for my health. I reported the matter to reception - I went down personally as I could not reach the reception on the phone - the person at the desk was aware of the problem and came for an inspection and put 2 towels on the ground to cover the wet patches to soak up the water. he said the matter was out of his control and offered not other solution ie move to another room as the hotel was booked out.

Liked: On a plane train and airplane trip perfect location to complete 2/3rds of my journey. Love them double glazed windows and deep sleep.

Liked: Staff were lovely and easy to deal with, location was fabulous, lobby was lovely and a great place to wait for others in our group, amenities were adequate and as expected
Disliked: We booked 3 rooms. One had not been thoroughly cleaned with an icky substance that had dried trickling down the wall by the bed side table. Definitely made everything in the room seem less good. The other rooms were fine, though it seemed odd to not have extractor fans in the bathrooms so the bathrooms steamed up quickly and stayed steamed up for ages.
