Liked: The staff were amazing, very helpful and friendly. Room was good and location was great - very close to Central station.

Good central location, slightly different...

Liked: I stayed here around one week and I was a solo traveller. The room, facilities, and location were good for what I needed. The front desk staff were helpful and able to answer all questions. It's about a 30 minute walk to the Sydney Opera House.
Disliked: The room size, in particular the restroom were slightly small. The reception area was nice, but the corridors slightly outdated and dark. I was told that my security deposit would be returned the same day as checkout. But I am still waiting for it a week later.

Liked: Micro rooms, really are very micro and don't offer much space for luggage. Bathroom was really hard to access.

Liked: Staff were really welcoming, friendly and helpful.
Disliked: Accessibility- elevator stopped working, plus no direct access from elevator to room on my floor- issue when travelling solo with multiple heavy luggage/ bags. But the staff member on duty at check in helped with these. However, no help on check out.
