Good location but very dirty...

Liked: The location is good, near to central station and Hyde Park.
Disliked: Honestly the rooms were filthy. Our initial room had a dingy and mouldy bathroom. I normally would never kick up a fuss and my partner had to goad me in to saying something. The staff to their credit did give us a new room with a cleaner bathroom but the standard of cleanliness is very low generally. The skirting boards were even dusty, and the carpets had crumbs and dust in them! The bedding was also very poor quality, and the bed was not made properly (they just use a series of top sheets rather than a duvet cover and blankets). We also had an experience where our room service order went unanswered for an hour and a half which meant we were ready for bed. While the staff were friendly enough, for the price you’re paying here you’d expect at least a basic level of cleanliness and standard quality sheets etc.
