Disappointing

Some good, some bad

Liked: The staff were very friendly and the bed was comfortable. Good location.
Disliked: The elevator wasn’t working throughout our stay, this meant we had to go up and down 6 flights of stairs. Our bathroom door also didn’t shut which was fine as a couple but can imagine this may be awkward for some.

Liked: Fantastic location and small but comfortable rooms. Friendly and efficient staff. Very comfortable bed. Enjoyed being able to sit and have a drink in the foyer during happy hour.
Disliked: Nothing except it is a little expensive.

Disliked: The lift not working and having to lug your bag up all the steps

Disliked: Staff who was disdainful when I arrived with a backpack, despite having a booking and being obviously older than the average backpacker. The room was also very small.
