Liked: It’s on a quiet street, yet just a walking distance to shops and cafes.

Liked: Location in city, nice TV unit, heating was working well, parking was OK, very great chat with the owner/manager and Customer service was great.
Disliked: Overall cleaning and carpet were not appealing and the bathroom was substandard, very close to the road, so it was a little bit noisy. The property needs renovation, particularly the room we stayed in.

Liked: Everything else except noise issue
Disliked: the room has serious sound issue, we hear every steps noise from next room and super loud. At times the wall is shaking. Had really bad sleep becase next room didnt sleep until mid night for two days. The worst sound proof hotel/room i ever stayed. It was room no. 9 on upper stair btw.

Liked: Good location, lovely view from room at end new block; well functioning spa - appreciated.
Disliked: Very cold, thin windows, stepping into spa tub shower with no hand rail ,(this was fine for us but would be absolutely perilous for an older person), spartan toileteries. Toaster would have been appreciated. No microwave. ( This us from memory, might be wrong about that)
