A beautiful space, but a...

Liked: The hotel was very stylish and was in a great location. The beds were very comfy and the rooms was extremely spacious. All the staff we met were very accommodating and helpful.
Disliked: I did think there were things missing for this being 5*, like no robes, no Bluetooth speaker, and no option for cooked breakfast - there isn't a real dining room or bar. We had a lovely stay, but I'm surprised it rates 5*. There is limited off street parking so advise booking in advance.

Well located accommodation with pleasant...

Liked: The location was excellent and it was 3 minutes walk from the bus stop, which was convenient, The staff were welcoming. The wine offering and snacks at 5pm in the bar area were a nice touch. The people who stayed there were nice too.
Disliked: I found the room downstairs a bit dark and it was summer with good weather. It was not as new as I thought it would be. There were complimentary chocolates and chips in the bedroom that I see other people liked but the standard was very average. On the second night I wasn't provided with a fresh vanity set and the bed was made with the top sheet on top of the duvet instead of underneath the duvet as is usual and as was the case on the first night.
