Hotel Description
The Central Plaza Hotel is located right at Zurich's Central Square next to the main railway station. Guests enjoy free WiFi and complimentary access to the gym next door. A coffee machine with free coffee can be found in all rooms and there are 2 restaurants. All rooms are soundproofed and they come with a mini-bar and satellite TV. The private bathrooms feature a hairdryer and toiletries. Slippers and bathrobes are offered on request. The Central Plaza features the Kings Cave grill restaurant located in the cellar and decorated with ancient mirrors and paintings. The Central 1 restaurant and bar serves breakfast lunch coffee and cake as well as dinner. In the evening there is live piano music. During summer guests can also dine at the Central Garden outside. The Bahnhofstraße Zurich's most popular shopping street is only few steps away from the Central Plaza. Excellent city centre hotel and...

Liked: Great location near the rail station; comfortable room; and very helpful staff
Disliked: Major road works between hotel and station complicate access. However tram service to airport was excellent and took no longer than the train given the roadworks

Liked: The location is excellent ,we were given upgrade to a superior room ,the hotel is in the middle of everything we needed ,close to the train station, to shopping stores and to restaurants

Great River View Hotel in...

Liked: We got a river view room and it was lovely! The bed and pillows were the most comfortable yet on our three week Europe trip. The location is superb, right across from the train station and across from a grocery store if you're looking for ways to save money on food. Walking distance from many great sights.
Disliked: They should update some of the electrical basics in the room and add a charger to the other side of the bed.
