Extremely budget friendly in a...

Liked: The apartment block is in a very convenient location near to lots of excellent cafes and restaurants etc. I was originally at the front of the hotel and the road can be a bit noisy if you want to have your window open like I do (there is air-con) so you can shut the window, but the manager moved me to another room at the back which was very quiet and comfortable. The hotel is great value for money and had everything I needed.
Disliked: At this price point there is not much that could have been better really to be honest.

Best value for money in...

Liked: Everything about our stay was wonderful we were delayed flying in so arrived an hour later than planned but was warmly greeted by the receptionist who kindly upgraded our room with out us even requesting. The hotel was lovely and very accommodating even allowing us to check out an hour later. The room was very nice and spacious. Kitchen had everything we needed aswell and even were able to do a load of washing which was very handy. The staff were very friendly, the room was also very quiet even being right on the main road. Will always stay here now when we are ever in London. Best value for money!

Did what we needed it...

Liked: Ok, so we went for the cheapest room, no windows, small double. it was what you should expect for the price, in that area. Perfect as we were at a wedding at the Hoxton arches, near to Columbia flower marker so lovely for a stroll there in the morning. The breakfast at the amazing Dishoom in Shoreditch, but there were so many options nearby. The room had a slightly odd smell to it (no windows or ventilation so to be expected, was spotlessly clean though. Staff are so helpful, I left my Kindle there and they rang me, and are hanging on to it so I can collect next time I am in London, or I could arrange for the to post it if I wish.
Disliked: Pillows a bit too firm and mattress very firm, but again, for the price, I wouldn't make a fuss, I think they may be better in the more expensive rooms. It is not a place I would want to hang out like some of the gorgeous places nearby, but as a budget option, it is fine.
