Liked: Breakfast ok
Disliked: Bad smell in the toilet, noises, requested garage parking but it was not available.

Fab central location and friendly...

Liked: Location great for walking to the train station and also for walking to the historic old town.
Disliked: It would have been nice if there was an outside patio area/garden where you could sit as there are no balconies.

Aircon didn’t work so my...

Liked: It was very quiet and central to the city so I could walk everywhere. Staff were friendly.
Disliked: The biggest problem was that the aircon did not work at all during my stay. It was the only reason I booked this hotel. Consequently I couldn’t hide from the heat in my room in the daytime as I had planned - it was 27-29 celcius every day. This made it very hard to sleep at night - the room was a sweatbox. Lift only goes to the 3rd floor, I was on the 4th so had to walk up the stairs from 3 to 4. And as previous reviews mentioned there is a persistent stale cigarette smell throughout the building despite it being a no smoking hotel (sign in the bedroom also confirmed it was non smoking).

Liked: Location is perfect, markets and center of the city very close. Very clean hotel, staff excelent. Looks like a family hotel.
