Liked: Really good overall experience at the hotel
Disliked: When leaving this morning. Around 6:45 am there was a cleaner in the main living room close to the bar. He was politely asked where can i deop the keys as i was checking out, and surprisingly the guy came towards me infuriated because apparently this was not the way to get there when nobody alarmed us of not stepping there in the early morning. The cleaner started arguing with me and i felt offended, this kind of behaviour towards the clients is not acceptable.Please make sure someone talk with floor cleaner on the 9/3/25 so nobody is going through this experience again! This would appear in the CCTV cameras. There was no physical aggresion but clearly guy wanted to comfront me as he took tje vaccuum cleaner of his back and came to yell at me esrly morning sending me out of the area.Apart from that, service and hotel were excellent.Thank you!
