An excellent place to stay...

Liked: Nice clean room, good size, good bed, nice attached restaurant, shuttle service, free parking, good breakfast

Never Again

Liked: ANIMAL HOTELIf you have an animal pay no attention to the pictures shown. You get stuck in what looks like a run down apartment building from the 1970s.If you get 2 queens, one is a Murphy bed in the wall. Single bedroom is barely big enough to get around the bed, pillows are the size of throw pillows so we had to ask for more. Mattress was lumpy, not a bed you would want to rest in after a long day at Mayo. Cleaning service was awful, had to ask for new towels but wouldn’t come in even with dog in the crate. Asked if we wanted cleaning the day after we arrived and the day before we were going to leave, no other time. We ended up having to take our garbage out, but there were no dumpsters or cans by “the 70s” building. Only good side were the Shuttle drivers, very nice guys that were very nice to all going to Mayo

Liked: Was very good staff friendly and helpful, great Breakfast,room clean , and good parking !
Disliked: Was close to Mayo Clinic in walking distance great for our appointments ! Price was very good!

Liked: Breakfast was fresh and tasty. The shuttle was great!
Disliked: The bathroom needs a big upgrade. A lot of crusted soap scum in the bathtub. No one came our 2nd day, Tuesday the 24th to clean our room, didn't even come in and empty our trash.

Awesome and easy!

Liked: They worked so well that I had appointments at the Mayo Clinic, and they let me have a late checkout, so I didn't need to bring all my stuff to my appointments on the day I checked out. Everyone was so nice.
Disliked: Nothing!

Disliked: Construction outfront and the noice with it. Bathroom was very tight to move in.
