Very good

Our stay was very pleasant....

Liked: Very friendly staff. Very accommodating when we needed a late checkout due to a long Mayo appointment. Shuttle with a lift to Mayo was very convenient for my husband who is in a wheelchair temporarily.
Disliked: The bathroom fan was very noisy!

This was a great hotel...

Liked: We stayed as my husband had to be at Mayo early for his total knee surgery The night before his surgery, the hotel shuttled us downtown to eat & picked us up which was helpful so we did not need to drive & park. The shuttle to Mayo Gonda / Charlton building was wonderful & quick. My husband had total knee surgery & it was very helpful to use the hotels shuttle as we had to be their very early & did not have to drive & find parking. Once he was in surgery, I was able to shuttle back to the hotel, eat breakfast & rest a bit & then check out & drive to Mayo. Would definitely stay here again. the staff were very accommodating & the rooms were spacious & clean.

Definitely not handicap friendly

Liked: I liked the charging outlets, although one on each side of the bed would be prudent.
Disliked: The furniture in the room seemed to be from a yard sale. The table/desk was quite wobbly and the chair, not much better.The shower water took a very long time to get hot. The parking situation was ridiculous; handicap parking was up hill (steep) from the entrance, and not enough handicap spaces.
