Activities were children were great...

Liked: I like the fact that there was a wide variety of activities for my daughter; however, I couldn't book the activities online. I had to use the kiosk or had to send messages to staff via Whatsapp.
Disliked: There was no AC in the room. There were days with temperatures reaching 35 degrees in C, and it was unbearable. Also, I wish there were a warning about the lack of amenities. I was surprised to see having not even a hand soap in the room. 3 sets of towels and 1 roll of toilet paper were provided initially, but after that, everything had to be purchased. As a first-time visitor, a fair warning about what's not provided would have been helpful.

Liked: Nice chalet, beautiful setting and friendly staff
Disliked: Prices within bars and restaurants were a bit on the high side and not ideal for a longer stay. Also when activities that could be busy aren't being made available every day for people.

Liked: Clean and cozy lodge and the main domes facilities were fantastic… and the location was beautiful.
Disliked: Beds could had done with an extra pillow And the outdoor furniture was very dirty and some bits were broken.
