Liked: We got there around 4 pm and could not check in for half hour because nobody was in the office, cell phone provided on office door was not valid, bathroom was not clean, bath tub had some one’s hair all over bath /shower tub walls hasn’t been cleaned for long time, fridge was not clean , microwave was not cleaned had staff on microwave table left front someone using it prior! Towels had stains and someone hair on it , room smell like some one smoked inside even though it was non smoking room.
Disliked: On first night few hours after we checked in, Someone tried to get into our room knocking on the door and tried using a key, wife was still in the room-they scared the crap out of her by doing that, I got there pretty quick (was picking up food) which ended been poor management trying to give out our room while we already checked in that room few hours prior! This is totally unacceptable poor management, and house keeping!!!
